How far in advance should I book a tent in Hartford?

For peak season — May through October, especially graduation and wedding weekends — we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. Last-minute requests are welcome when we have availability, so it never hurts to call.

Do you set up and take down the tent?

Yes. Our team delivers, sets up, and takes down every tent for you. We deliver before your event — not during it — and handle pickup afterward so you don’t have to lift a thing.

What size tent do I need?

It depends on guest count and seating style. As a general guide, plan for about 10–15 square feet per guest for seated dining. Tell us your headcount and we’ll recommend the right size.

Can you set up a tent on a hard surface like a driveway?

Yes. Frame tents are designed for hard surfaces such as driveways and patios where staking into the ground isn’t possible. Just let us know your setup location when you call.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Hartford and the surrounding towns across central Connecticut, including West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Glastonbury, Newington, Windsor, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, and Farmington.

What’s included with a tent rental?

Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and takedown. We can also add tables, chairs, lighting, and sidewalls to complete your event — just ask when you book.

What happens if it rains?

Our tents are built to keep your event going rain or shine. Add solid or window sidewalls to stay fully covered and block wind, so your guests stay comfortable in any New England weather.
